Chiplun

Chiplun

Chiplun is a beautiful city located in the Ratnagiri district and bang on the Mumbai-Goa highway. It has, for years served as a pit-stop for tourists driving down from Mumbai to Goa and off-late has developed a mini-tourism streak of its own. Most tourists from neighbouring metropolises love the pace of life at Chiplun, which isn't all slow, but rather offers a soothing getaway from mundane city life. Local attractions like Ganpati Pule, Karneshwar temple and Ghuaghar Beach make for a true small town experience. You can also enjoy boating and trekking in the surrounding hill ranges.
