Triambakeshwar Temple is a 13-storied shrine built on the banks of River Ganga. Although the prime deity is Lord Shiva, there are many shrines dedicated to other Gods as well. Triambakeshwar Temple which is also called as Tera Manzil Temple is situated near Lakshman Jhula bridge in Rishikesh.
Neelkanth Mahadev Temple
Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is one of the most famous temples in Rishikesh. Here, Lord Shiva is worshipped as Neelkanth Mahadev, meaning Shiva with bluish throat. According to the legend, Lord Shiva drank all the poison which came out of Samudramanthan. He collected all the poison in his throat andit became bluish after that. So, it is a belief that Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is a place where Lord Shiva drank the poison.

Shatrughna Mandir is dedicated to Shatrughna of the epic Ramayana. This ancient shrine is said to be established by Adi Shankaracharya during his visit to Rishikesh. Shatrughna Temple is located near Ram Jhula.
Kunjapuri Devi Temple
Kunjapuri Devi Temple is a hill-top goddess temple in Rishikesh. This shrine is dedicated to Goddess Sati (Goddess Parvati). Kunjapuri Devi Temple is one of the revered shrines in Rishikesh.
It is said that Lakshman Temple was established by Adi Shankaracharya. This temple is dedicated to Lakshmana (Rama's brother) of the epic Ramayana. Lakshman Temple is situated on the banks of River Ganga near Lakshman Jhula.
Lord Rama and Goddess Sita are the prime deities of the Raghunath Temple. This shrine is located near to Triveni Ghat which is known for Ganga Aarti in the evenings. It is also near to Rishikund (holy pond) which is considered as one of sacred places in Rishikesh. Raghunath Temple is one of the top temples in Rishikesh.
