Kerala Kalamandalam

Kerala Kalamandalam is one of the best places where you can enjoy Kathakali and many other traditional art forms of Kerala and other Southern states of India. The centre is a major learning platform for those who wish to pursue arts. Several shows, training programs and workshops are conducted here apart from the regular courses offered by the centre.

Kerala Folklore Theatre & Museum

Located in the city of Kochi, Kerala Folklore Theatre & Museum takes you to a world of theatre arts and other art forms of Kerala. Shows performed by popular performers and amateur artists are conducted here. The shows can be booked in advance, all the details of the upcoming events are available on the official website.

This school of traditional arts is a paradise for art lovers. From the dance shows performed by masters of Kerala Kalamandalam to the martial art shows, Kerala Kathakali centre offers the traveller a calm venue to watch and enjoy the traditional art form and meet the artists in person.

Ernakulam Kathakali Club

Ernakulam Kathakali Club in Kochi was organised by a few like-minded art lovers who wanted to encourage and promote the traditional art forms like Kathakali. Monthly shows are held by the club, either at TDM Hall in the city or at Ernakulathappan Temple hall. The details of the upcoming shows and events can be collected from tourism information centres.
