Kailasanathar Temple Cave, Theni

The Kailasanathar Temple Cave is situated near the Suruli Falls. The Temple cave stands at an elevation of 800 m above the sea level. In the Tamil epic Silappathikaram it is said that festivals are being conducted in the Kailasanathar Temple Cave during Aadi, Thai and Chithtirai.
