The town of Tezu has a small airport; however this is generally used for charter flights. The closest commercial airport is located at Mohabari. It is located in the city of Dibrugarh and there are frequent flights services from places such as Kolkata, Guwahati, Itanagar and Delhi to the airport. This is a feasible option for travelers who are arriving by air. Taxis are available at the airport and they charge around Rs 7 per km for the trip from the airport to the town of Tezu.
