Keonti Waterfalls is located at Lalgaon at a distance of 40 km from the main city of Rewa. The waterfall is considered as the 24th highest waterfall in the whole of India. The fall has a rich scenic beauty that attracts a lot of tourists all through the year. The main source of water for the falls is the Mahana river, which is considered as an important tributary of the Tamsa river.

The fall has a height of 98 m. It is true that the fall is considered as a segmented type of a waterfall with a single drop. There are many locals who consider the place to be sacred and they perform rituals on the edge of the waterfall every morning. The water is needed for irrigation and agricultural purposes and it is even used as drinking water.
