Upat, Ranikhet

Upat is a beautiful town and a popular tourist site of Ranikhet. Located at a distance of 5 km from the town, this place offers breathtaking views of the snowy peaks of the mighty Himalayan Ranges. Besides, this place also has a 9-hole golf course which attracts a large number of sport lovers. This is one of the highest golf courses in India. Surrounded by lush green pine and oak forests, Upat is located on the road to Almora.The town of Kalika is situated just a kilometre away from this place which is popular for its Kali Temple.
