Trimbakeshwar, Nashik

Trimbakeshwar is one of the most holy sites, not only in India, but in the entire country. Placed near Nashik, Trimbakeshwar is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas in India, just like Aundha Nagnath. The path connecting all the Jyotirlingas is the same and hence all the Jyotirlingas can quite possibly be covered within the same day.

It is believed that anyone who pays a visit to Trimbakeshwar attains salvation. Pilgrims can stay in lodges here as accommodation facilities have been ensured by the Temple Trustees.
