Naina Malai, Namakkal

Naina Malai is a small hill located at a distance of 10 km from Namakkal city. Naina Malai hill is close to Thirumalai patty village. You can go to this place from Sendamangalam as well, which is situated just 2 km away. A temple of Swami Venkatajalapathi is set atop the Naina Malai hill. Visitors need to climb more than 2500 steps to reach the temple which is situated on the summit of the hill.

In spite of the hard climb, devotees throng in large numbers to this temple. Devotees visit this place on Saturdays, especially during the Tamil Purataci months which fall during the months of September and October.
