Library Bazaar, situated close to the old library in Mussoorie, is also popular as the Gandhi Chowk. The place which was named after the Victorian-style Library built during the mid 19th century represents the history and heritage of the destination. The main attraction here is the 'Band Stand', where people can listen to popular historic songs.

The Gandhi Chowk is also popular for a statue of Mahatma Gandhi, which is placed at a corner of the bazaar. Apart from this, there are several shops and stalls in the Library Bazaar, which are arranged in a circular lane.
