Punjab Agricultural University Museum, spread over an area of 1000 sq ft, showcases the rural lifestyle of Punjab. Visitors get to see various things that the local people in the rural areas used in the earlier days in day to day life like carrying of water in gaggars (bronze pots) that has now been replaced by electric motors and pumps.
Tourists wanting to see the real or rural Punjab must visit this museum. The museum is located behind the College of Home Science and is open on all working days from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
