Kuchipudi Weather

The best time to visit Kuchipudi is during the months of winter when the sun is bright and warm. During these months, you do not feel the heat of the sun much, which indeed makes travel and sightseeing a pleasurable experience. The temperature comes down during monsoons as well, but the cyclonic rains are definite to take out the winds from your sails.

Summer

Kuchipudi has extreme summer conditions due to its proximity to the line of equator. The temperature during summers tends to be as high as 45 degrees Celsius throwing normal life out of gear. It becomes absolutely impossible to go sightseeing or even travel during these extreme weather conditions. Summer begins from March and lasts until the end of July.

Monsoon

Monsoon starts in Kuchipudi around the month of August and continues until the end of October. Light showers are experienced even during the month of November. The place receives moderate rainfall though cyclonic storms cannot be ruled out during the monsoon months. The temperature dips down to about 35 degrees Celsius during the months of monsoons.

Winter

Winters are quite pleasant in Kuchipudi. The minimum temperature does not fall below 17 degrees Celsius, so the weather is mildly cold. The winter months are November, December and January. It does not get chilly during these months, but at night, the temperature can dip by a couple of degrees, making it necessary to use a light form of woolen clothing.
