Ram Kunda is situated on the banks of the River Kak at a distance of 11 km from the Jaisalmer city. The prime attraction of this place is an ancient shrine built by Mansukhi Devi, the Queen of Maharaja Amar Singh. This temple is dedicated to the Hindu deity Rama, though; tourists can also see here the idols of Ganesh, Mahishasur and Bhairu. The walls of the temple are adorned with inscriptions. There is a Govardhan Pillar outside the temple and can be dated back to the 18th century. Travellers can also enjoy camel rides here.
