Gayatri Tapovan, Hubli

Tourists on a trip to Hubli are 'recommended' to visit Gayatri Tapovan, which is known for its spiritual and cultural events. Initially, this site was called 'Navakalyana' matha but was later changed to Tapovan.

It was established by Sri Kumar Swamiji, a well renowned preacher whose following included people from different regions of the country. His followers belonging to different communities converged to listen to his lectures. The disciples of Kumara Swamiji have continued to maintain the tradition after his death.
