India International Centre at New Delhi is a renowned non-official cultural organization, which came into existence in the year 1968. The place also known as the IIC is a one of its kind establishment that acts as a meeting place for everyone from the writers to scientists, jurists to intellectuals and artisans to diplomats and policy makers, to exchange ideas and knowledge, for international cooperation.

In view of the same, the centre organizes events such as panel discussions, lectures, national and international conferences, seminars, cultural events of cinema, visual arts, music, performing arts and much more, all through the year and all events are open for the public to participate.

Apart from hosting these events, the centre is also renowned for its hospitality and boasts of some very hospitable hostel rooms that are always in great demand for the comforts they provide and for the services offered.
