Khajji Naga Shrine, Khajjiar, Dalhousie

Khajji Naga Shrine, considered to be one of the oldest temples of Himachal Pradesh, is devoted to a serpent god, Khajji. This wooden carved temple was constructed in the 12th century. The mandapa, which houses images of the Kauravas and Pandavas of the great Indian mythology, the Mahabharata, hanging from the roof, are prime attractions of the temple.
