Bordi experiences an extreme type of climate with heated summers and cool winters

Summer

The period from the month of March to the month of June constitute the summer season in Bordi. During this time the climate is especially hot and humid, with the temperature levels soaring to a scorching 45℃. The placement of the village close to the Arabian sea helps in moderating the conditions to a certain extent, thanks to the cool sea breeze. May is the hottest month of the year and tourists generally avoid travelling to Bordi during this season.

Monsoon

The monsoons in Bordi last from July to September and is characterized by a moderate rainfall. The rains provide much needed relief from the previous seasons parched climatic conditions. The atmosphere becomes more humid around this time of the year. This season is good for some sight seeing and making short trips.

Winter

Extending from the month of December to the month of February, the winter season is characteristic of a cool, salubrious weather. The days are cool, while during the nights, the temperature can drop to around 12℃.
