The temple consists of a garbhagriha (sanctum) that is connected to a mandapa (hall). The walls of the garbhagriha have a few images of deities carved on the base. The hall ceiling is carved with images of Yalis who are mythical beasts mentioned in Hindu mythology. The main festival that is celebrated in the temple is the Vaikunta Ekadashi when devotees flock in to the temple to take the Lord's blessings.
